Ingredients
2 c uncooked elbow pasta
1 1⁄2 c frozen peas
1 1⁄2 c frozen carrots
1⁄2 c mayonnaise
1⁄3 c pesto
2 chopped green onions
2 t lemon juice
1 t salt
Instructions
- Cook noodles
- Add vegitables and cook for 3 mins
- Rinse in cold water
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Cool for 2 hours
